We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that domestic shipping in the united states is free. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Australia Shipping Options: Variable due to USPS no longer shipping to Australia. Due to the always changing shipping options for aussie customers we always choose the fastest method of shipment. If you're purchasing research chemicals outside of the united states, it is the customers responsibility to comply with local laws.
If your package is held by your local customs, inspection could delay the package from a few days to several weeks. It is important to contact your local courier to get more information on why it has been held and if they need any information to get your package through customs quicker. Feel free to contact us so we can assist you with any troubles you might be having with customs.
Custom seized my package, what do i do?:
In the case customs seizes your package we will provide a free replacement/reshipment. Your package is 100% guaranteed. We will not leave you hanging.
You may return new unopened items (MUST have security seal intact) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If no error is found and a refund is given within 14 days the items must be returned to sender.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Your refund will be processed with the same payment process that your order was completed with; Example: if your order is placed with Zelle, your refund will be processed with Zelle. You can confirm what your payment process was on your receipt/order email if you're unsure.
